Saskia Besiakov

Goldsmith and jewelry designer. Saskia Besiakov is a trained goldsmith who creates jewelry designed to last – both in terms of material and the meaning we attribute to it. She works with precious materials such as gold, silver, gemstones, and pearls, and strives in her design to move beyond fleeting trends. Instead, her jewelry emerges from the intersection of an idea, the possibilities of the material, and skilled craftsmanship. Jewelry that can be worn for a long time, acquire new meanings throughout life, and perhaps one day be passed on. Saskia's design language moves between the graphic, architectural, and musical. She often explores balance and imbalance – the harmony that must also accommodate something that disrupts it. Consequently, her jewelry possesses simplicity, edge, playfulness, and small whimsical details.

Sandra Vlachakis

Artist. Throughout her adult life, Sandra Athina Vlachakis has worked artistically with music, performance, and visual expression. She is trained in performance design and has previously worked as a singer and songwriter. In 2025, Sandra lost her daughter Sonja when she was just five days old. After Sonja's death, her creative work also changed. Music became too difficult to engage with for a period, and instead, she began writing, painting, and working with ceramics. Her hands became another way to tell stories. Sandra's works are intuitive and handcrafted, often revolving around love, motherhood, grief, and connection.

Sarah Vilje

Author and creative artist. Sarah Vilje Skjærbæk Jensen is an author, anthropologist, and grief counselor. She is the creator of the children's book Vilje giver gaver (Vilje Gives Gifts) and a range of creative materials about grief, loss, and connection. In 2022, Sarah's three-year-old son, Vilje, died suddenly. After Vilje's death, she began to write, first to try to understand what had happened, and then to find a language for all that was still there: love, longing, motherhood, and the connection to Vilje. This became the beginning of a creative universe where words, drawings, symbols, and small actions can make some of the invisible more tangible.
